论文简介如下:
Latent heat energy storage technology garners widespread attention for its significant energy-saving benefits and high energy storage density. Nonetheless, the low thermal conductivity of phase change materials restricts the application and advancement of this technology. This study establishes a two-dimensional model of a horizontal tube heat storage device to explore the impact of eccentric spatial ratio and tree-shaped fin combination configurations on phase change material heat transfer. Liquid phase fraction, liquid phase velocity, temperature distribution uniformity, heat storage rate, and field synergy during heat storage are analyzed. With the effective heat storage capacity of the system held constant, a combination of single-factor analysis and response surface methodology, targeting the average heat storage rate, is utilized for structural design. Findings indicate that an eccentric spatial ratio of 4 enhances natural convection’s role in heat transfer, reducing complete melting time by 42.86%. Ultimately, the optimized eccentricity combined with tree-shaped fin structure increases device heat storage rate by 1.2 times and decreases temperature non-uniformity by 47.75%.
